DIRECTIONS
Cook millets in an earthen pot to preserve nutrients and ensure proper cooking.
Boil clay pot water. Add soaked millet to boiling water. Cook until porridge-like.
Cover the earthen pot with a clean muslin towel after it cools to room temperature.
Ferment for 6-8 hours at room temperature.
Blend mangoes in mixer, add Ambali, little water, pulse grind it.
Take ambali in a bowl, garnish it with chopped mangoes, Chirongee, pistachios, granola or any topping of your choice. Enjoy.
