MANGO MILLET SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS

  • Little Millet

  • Mango Chunks

  • Mango Pulps

  • Chironji

  • Pistachio

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cook millets in an earthen pot to preserve nutrients and ensure proper cooking.

  2. Boil clay pot water. Add soaked millet to boiling water. Cook until porridge-like.

  3. Cover the earthen pot with a clean muslin towel after it cools to room temperature.

  4. Ferment for 6-8 hours at room temperature.

  5. Blend mangoes in mixer, add Ambali, little water, pulse grind it.

  6. Take ambali in a bowl, garnish it with chopped mangoes, Chirongee, pistachios, granola or any topping of your choice. Enjoy.

NOTE - Can add either Palm Jaggery/Mishri, dates, figs (Anjeer), frozen bananas
