
INGREDIENTS
1/2 Cup Soaked Moongdal
1 Cup Millet (Soaked for 6-8 Hrs)
1 tbsp Curd
1 tbsp besan
1/2 tsp ajwain
1/2 tsp coriander seeds
1/2 tsp fennel
1/2 cup of veggies of your choice
Chillies, Coriander, Basil, Ginger Garlic Paste
Oil/Ghee
Salt to taste
DIRECTIONS
Grind dal, Millet, Curd, Besan to a fine-textured paste
Simply add the rest of the ingredients
Spread the batter on the pan
Drizzle Oil/Ghee
Cook evenly on both the sides
Enjoy!
