Ragi Flakes
Tomato
Onion
Carrot
Green Chilly
Lemon
Curry Patta
Water
Salt
Jeera
Saunf
Pam Jaggery/Country Sugar
Coriander Leaves
DIRECTIONS
Get you ragi flakes in a bowl and sprinkle some water a little until it's moist
Stir the flakes and let it sit for 10 mins
Take some oil in a wok, splutter some jeera, saunf and curry patta
Add some chopped onion, carrot and zucchini and cook for 2-3 mins
Add some tomato, green chilli and capsicum
Add some red chilli powder (optional) and pour some flakes
Add some salt, country sugar, and lemon juice
Add 1/4 cup of water and stir
Switch off the flame, let it steam
Garnish with some coriander leaves and viola❤️
